Vanilla Hazelnut Coffee Defective

I have enjoyed this coffee for over 10 years. The last batch was horrible! I returned 6 bags to costco and have never had an Issue in the past. What happened? Production issue or a new formula?

What happened!?

Was my absolute favourite coffee! But last batch was terrible. Burnt smelling and no longer tastes like anything. Beans used to be shiny and now they are dull , what happened!?

I love the taste of this coffee, whenever it is plain black or cappuccino. I tried multiple tastes, getting back to this one all the time.
